deferasirox will lower the level or influence of diazepam by affecting hepatic/intestinal enzyme CYP3A4 metabolism. Use Warning/Observe.Diazepam does not increase or decrease hepatic enzyme exercise, and does not alter the metabolism of other compounds. No proof would advise diazepam alters its individual metabolism with chronic administration.[27]
